- Over 25 years of experience in IT and IT services covering a wide range of areas including Management Advisory, Process Advisory, Process Appraisals, Process Training, Measurement Advisory, Project Management, Software Development, Account Management and Business Development.

Ram has worked in the IT industry since 1995 initially in the IT consulting space, later specializing in process improvement advisory and appraisals. IT consulting services included software design, development, project management and marketing. Process improvement consulting includes process definition, advisory, training and appraisals (audits).

Ram is currently a full time Director in the Singapore based RSA Consulting Pte Ltd., a CMMI Institute Partner focused on process improvement advisory, appraisal and training services. Ram is also the co-founder of Coventina Business Services Private Limited, an IT advisory company based out of Chennai, India. Ram’s previous employments have been with KPMG and HCL Deluxe.

For both RSA and Coventina, he has established the market strategy, the service lines, standard services, service delivery processes and resource plans to meet service agreements. He also manages the capacity and availability management using both internal and external resources as needed.

For KPMG, he established the service delivery system for the Software Process Improvement Advisory team, and then he led for the Chennai and Asia Pacific regions, business development and service delivery for large accounts.

Process improvement services provided are to organizations in various domains such as software services, software application maintenance, product development, in-house IT organizations for large businesses, as well as non-IT organizations including leading Banks, Logistics Companies, HR service providers and E Publishing houses.
